Hi! How you all are doing?.....

I don't know how should I start to narrate my story, as there are so many things that I wan't to write , wan't to share with you all.

Stories like:

• A misunderstood Boy, who becomes a leader of his tribe..
• A story about a group of School Students who secretly tries to save their friend from himself, according to the letters send to them by themselves from distant future.
• A story about a deadly tri rivalry between groups, The tri rivalry between POLICE MAFIA and main one DETECTIVES.
• A sweet romance story, a story in which the couples have never meet with each other but have also meet with each other in a bit unrealistic way, as the story progress they fall in love with each other and also one tries to save other but don't know if he succeeded or not as there was no way to communicate with each other and so on....
• and many more such kinds of stories....

AMUL DAIRY VISIT REPORT POINTS

POINTS FOR AMUL DAIRY VISIT

 

· The whole plant is controlled and monitored by a System called Skaka.

· If required, the Plant can also be controlled by the head branch situated in Gujrat by using the same system (Skada).

· The milk is brought in plant by the Tankers filled with milk from the nearby Villages.

· Most of the Milk is transported there from Gujrat.

· Before filling Tankers with milk, the milk is tested by the collectors then again by the testers in plant.

· All the utensils including pipes used here are made up of SS.

· SS Pipes are fitted throughout the plants, for easy supplying of Dairy products thorough out the Facility.

· CIP i.e. Clean in Place is a system used here to clean all the pipes and the utensils used before use. All are checked by the Central Laboratory, if it is found that any of them fail in test, then the CIP is done again to ensure that all is clean and ready to use.

· CIP is done periodically to ensure the cleanliness.

· There they have 2 boilers to boil water, and send heat in form of steam to the places where the heat is required.

· They have 9 Cylos with capacity of 1.5 lack litters.

· Before filling the cylos with milk, the milk is tested by the Central Laboratory for the Fat contains in Milk, Percentage of water in milk, and for many more.

· If the Milk pass the test done by the Laboratory, it is filled in the Cylos using Pump fitted below it.

· The Milk from cylo is fermented in fermenter then it is pumped to the required units using ss pipes.

· There they make Ice Creams, Pack Milk, Paneer, Butter and many more.

· 160 Pouches per min of milk are fill using Roberts.

· Per crate 24 pouches are kept by Roberts.

· Per day 5.5 Lack of litres of milk is packed, Docked and Dispatched to the resellers.

· The RPM of Agitator completely depends upon the Application. Here the standard RPM used is of 100 RPM.

· All the Roberts are automatically controlled and monitored by the central Control Room using SKADA system.

· They must purchase Water every day as they don’t have any Water source situated near them.

· They are planning for Rain Water Harvest in near future.
